We Can Credit Your Account FULL PRICE For The Following Reasons:
- Caller Disconnected
- Verification/Knock Out Question Review
- Call Not Answered Review
- Call Received While Paused
To return a call, simply log into your online account, select the lead ID you need to return for credit and click on the "Return Call" button within the lead details. Select from the drop-down menu the appropriate reason for returning the calls.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process a call for credit. Credits for calls covered under the Return Policy for Calls are applied towards your account balance immediately.
Credits for bad calls are applied towards your account balance and are good towards future leads or calls purchases only.
Please note that we can only credit for the reasons listed above.
